Refund policy

At Big Picture Pet, we want both you and your furry companions to be completely happy with your purchase. If something doesn’t work out, we’re here to make it right.

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on most pet accessories. To be eligible for a return:

• The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

• Items must be clean and free of pet hair for hygiene reasons.

The following items are non-returnable:

• Opened or used grooming tools (including steam brushes)

• Personalized or custom items

• Gift cards

Need a different product or a replacement? No problem — contact us and we’ll help arrange an exchange if eligible.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item was received damaged or incorrect.

• We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

We’re sorry about that! If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us at thebigpicturepet@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order — we’ll make it right as fast as possible.
