At Big Picture Pet, we’re committed to delivering your pet accessories quickly, safely, and with care. Here's everything you need to know about how we ship:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email once your order is placed, and another when it ships with tracking details.

We currently ship to the U.S. and select international locations.

Estimated delivery times:

  • U.S. Standard Shipping: 7-18 business days

  • International Shipping: 7–21 business days (varies by destination)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may be impacted by carrier delays, customs processing, or seasonal volume.

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping method.

  • We may offer free shipping on qualifying orders — check our homepage or promo banners for current offers!

  • Duties and taxes may apply for international orders and are the customer’s responsibility.

  • We are not responsible for delays due to customs clearance.

Lost or Delayed Packages
